VIDEO: Heuser on Role of City Council
Republican City Council candidate Kristina Heuser wants to bring new life to the job.
We have highlighted campaign kick-offs from both Republicans and Democrats in the city, and now it's time to get up-close-and-personal as Election Day approaches.
The first candidate profile is on Kristina Heuser, an attorney and mother of two, who decided to run because of her interest in local politics.
Heuser is a graduate of Georgetown University and Brooklyn Law School and owns a law practice based in Locust Valley.

We need more people ready to stand up and be counted. If we don't make our voices heard then we deserve to be taxed to death.

Thank you both. I am just so frustrated with what I see and I want to get in there and shake it up a little (or alot)! Please spread the word. We need everyone to turnout to the polls on November 8th in order to make a much needed change.

Mean while, the GC Republicans are running their campaign in a deficit! Check out their October NYS filing. They are in a negative balance. The Glen Cove Republicans can’t even stop over spending trying to get elected. What will they do with our taxes if they misuse their own funds. They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk!
