As a spelling fanatic and a food/wine enthusiast, I could not help but notice a few spelling errors in the article "Valentine's Day Hot Spots":
1. Pre Fixe - should be spelled PrIX Fixe
Please refer to a rather amusing article on this subject: http://pardonmeforasking.blogspot.com/2007/02/price-fixing.html
2. Veal Sorento - should be Veal SoRRento (as in the very lovely southwestern city in Italy)
3. Strawberry Liquor - I assume you mean "liqeur/liqueur" rather than "liquor" (there's a slight difference in the meaning of both words: liquor is generic for any distilled beverage while liquer refers to a sweetened type of liquor)
4. Eggpant Souffle - Eggpant or eggpLant (I assume again that this is just a simple case of not reviewing the copy or rushing to meet the deadline)

There's one other grammatical error on the 2nd paragraph but it was not as significant as to raise red flags, as the above spelling errors did. If the restaurants supplied you with the descriptions, perhaps you can alert them to correct their spellings as your electronic audience and their dining customers do care what's on their menu.

At any rate, thank you for updating us on what the local area restaurants have to offer on Valentine's Day. Jennifer/JLFWAY@gmail.com
