Photos: Glen Cove Shows Off Irish Pride in Parade

Participants and spectators from all over New York celebrated Glen Cove's 23rd annual St. Patrick's Day parade on Sunday.

Hibernian chapters from Glen Cove, Port Washington, Rockville Center-Lynbrook and the Bronx marched through the city streets, showing their Irish pride.

The parade – which began behind on Forest Avenue and traveled through School Street, Glen Street and Cedar Swamp Road – featured pipe and drum bands from all over Nassau County, Irish step dancers from various schools and fire departments from surrounding towns.
