The Glen Cove Senior Center has quite a few talented members.

This became evident after viewing the wide array of artwork on display Thursday during the center's annual art show, which featured pieces created by their very own members.

Many say they learned to paint at the center, a fact which has attracted memberships of seniors residing outside of city limits:

"It's a lot of fun," said Louise Leonard of Port Washington, who works on her art at the center.

The gallery will remain open for public viewing through the month of February.
