When they're not on the ice, the New York Islanders are busy staying in shape and eating ... everything.

This week, Islanders enforcer Micheal Haley and big defenseman Travis Hamonic talk about their favorite local restaurant — Vincent's Clam Bar.

Executive Chef Jon Karp also takes us on a tour of the kitchen and shows us exactly how the restaurant's famous chicken parmigiana is made.

Known for its generous portions and world famous sauce, Vincent's has been serving Italian food in Carle Place since brothers Tony and Bobby Marisi took ownership in 1983.

I love the clams there. And yes John, the portions are awesome. I leave that place feeling like the Goodyear Blimp.
