When they're not on the ice, the New York Islanders are busy staying in shape and eating ... everything.

This week, Islanders star forward Kyle Okposo talks about his favorite local pregame restaurant — Vincent's Clam Bar.

Executive Chef Jon Karp also takes us on a tour of the kitchen and shows us exactly how the restaurant's famous rigatoni vodka is made.

Known for its generous portions and world famous sauce, Vincent's has been serving Italian food in Carle Place since brothers Tony and Bobby Marisi took ownership in 1983.

I said on the last video that Vincent's rigatoni with vodka sauce is to die for. Glad it was featured!
