All Saints Regional Catholic School Celebrates Catholic Schools Week

Glen Cove's ALL SAINTS REGIONAL CATHOLIC SCHOOL celebrates Catholic Schools Week from Sunday, January 27th through Saturday, February 2nd, 2013.

The festivities start with Mass at each of All Saints’ five parishes – St. Boniface, St. Hyacinth, St. Mary, St. Patrick and St. Rocco – and continue with an OPEN HOUSE at ALL SAINTS REGIONAL CATHOLIC SCHOOL from 11:30am - 1:30pm.

Thanks to Dede Peguillan for posting this announcement. Post your own to publicize an event or share something with your community.

All Saints welcomes visitors to a second OPEN HOUSE on Wednesday, January 30th from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Through the week, the school will display the GLOBAL CHURCH PROJECT from the Fifth through Eighth Graders, which presents over ninety trifold poster boards.

On Friday, February 1st, the first school Mass with the newly ordained priest, Father Gabriel Rach, Can.Reg., takes place and afterwards the school will host His Excellency, the Most Reverend Bernhard Backovksy, Abbot-Primate and Provost of Klosterneuburg, to wish him well for his seventieth birthday and to open a new exhibition on Saint Leopold of Austria.

Catholic Schools’ Week closes with the Inaugural Headmaster’s Ball on Saturday, February 2nd at 7:00 pm at NYIT’s de Seversky Mansion (information is available at www.asrcatholic.org).

All are most welcome to attend ALL SAINTS REGIONAL CATHOLIC SCHOOL’S many special events celebrating Catholic Schools Week of 2013.
