Holly Gaddy Esteves of Locust Valley Joins Homes By Mara Realty

Locust Valley, NY – Holly Gaddy Esteves of Locust Valley, NY is the newest licensed salesperson to join Syosset's Homes By Mara Realty. Esteves, who is embarking into the real estate sector after a fruitful career in investment banking and public relations, says she is excited about her newest endeavor.

“I have an affinity for the real estate business and want to be a part of the revival in home ownership on Long Island,” comments Esteves. “Long  Island real estate used to have a reputation of being over-priced, but homes are now being priced more competitively to sell. I see that the market is beginning to pick up, and that people are spending more money on home repair and remodeling. This kind of re-invigoration excites me, the small-town America concept excites me, and I am delighted to be able to play an active role in Long Island’s real estate 'reformation.'”

Prior to joining Homes By Mara, Esteves worked as an associate director in internal communications and business marketing for UBS Investment Bank in New   York, NY. Before venturing into banking in 2007, Esteves managed public relations programs for various non-profits in the Southwest. She says her banking and public relations experiences are a fine complement to the level of service she is able to deliver to real estate clients. “In being an avid communicator in the public relations arena, I know how to present information in a manner that is easily digested and comprehended. When you couple that with my understanding of the banking world, I’m able to break down some of the complexities associated with today’s real estate market and transaction process. My goal is for my clients to experience full transparency and clear, concise information during each phase and every step of the way.”

Homes By Mara President Mara Navaretta says that she is excited to have Esteves aboard her team. “Holly is someone who takes tremendous pride in everything she does,” explains Navaretta. “Her stellar communication skills ensure that our clients remain informed and educated throughout the entire real estate transaction process. She is a great addition to our operations and our clients alike!”

Esteves has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts from Hofstra University and a real estate sales certification from The American Real Estate School. She grew up in Port Washington until the age of 10 before eventually moving with her family to Bayville. Since then, she has lived in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Nashville, Dallas, Stamford, and London, before returning to Long Island two years ago, where she re-settled on Long Island’s North Shore with her husband, Craig, at their Locust Valley home.
