The Tanners Pond Environmental Center/ Garden City Bird Sanctuary is pleased to announce their Fall Benefit Yard and Plant Sale taking place this Saturday, September 7th from 9 am to 3 pm.
For the antique collector, there is a nice range to choose from. There are many categories of treasures for sale: collectibles, furniture, housewares, china, sport equipment, books, clothes and much more. All are reasonably priced.
This September features a Plant Sale in combination with the Benefit Yard Sale. Many beautiful fall flowers will be available for purchase.

After the sale, take a leisurely stroll around the trails of the sanctuary. All proceeds benefit the Garden City Bird Sanctuary programs.
Upcoming events are: Halloween Fest and Haunted Hikes in October and the Photography Show for the month of November, with a photographer's reception.

Garden City Bird Sanctuary is located across from 181 Tanners Pond Road, north of Stewart Avenue. The site is open to the public on weekends from March through November, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon to 5pm and by appointment. We welcome new members and volunteers.
