EAC NETWORK'S HALLOWEEN PARTY RAISES ALMOST $57,000 FOR CHIDLREN IN NEED

(Woodbury, NY) EAC Network’s 8th Annual Halloween Party to Protect Children, presented by MSC Industrial Supply Co., was held on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at the Crest Hollow Country Club. Children came dressed in their Halloween best and enjoyed an elaborate indoor carnival of games while their parents supported EAC Network programs through sponsorships, ticket sales and raffle prizes. The spirit of Halloween became the true spirit of giving as EAC Network raised almost $57,000 to benefit children in need on Long Island and across the NY Metro Area.

EAC Network was proud to recognize MSC Industrial Supply Co., one of the largest direct marketers and premier distributors of Metworking, Maintenance, Repair and Operations throughout the United States. Also recognized was The Honorable Edmund M. Dane, Nassau County Family Court Supervising Judge and Acting Supreme Court Justice. MSC Industrial Supply Co. and Justice Dane are actively involved with a number of professional organizations and devote a great deal of their time to community service.

The proceeds from the Party will support EAC Networks programs that protect children of abuse and neglect, monitor safe visits with non-custodial parents, help children in foster care secure a permanent home, improve child safety, and increase child support collection. Thousands of children in need on Long Island are helped through these vital programs each year.
