GLEN COVE AFTER 3 LIVES ON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glen Cove After 3 is happy to announce that we will live on!!  Glen Cove After 3 will continue to serve the youth this summer as well as during the school year.  With the hard work of the Executive Director, Director and the Mayor it was decided that Glen Cove After 3 would come back as a subsidized program with a minimal fee.  The families will get to experience the same program they grew to love.  Homework help will continue along with our favorite specials and recreational activities.  As of June 30th 2012 Glen Cove After 3 was no longer funded through our 21st Century grant and all seemed dismal.  With the help of the parents, students and community members it was decided to keep Glen Cove After 3 alive.  The Mayor decided on the importance of this program in the community and with his help kept GCA3 alive. Currently Glen Cove After 3 has opened its doors for the summer to 100 dedicated students.  Students are excited to be amongst their favorite teachers and friends while spending their summers in a fun filled environment.  Students will experience trips to the Cradle of Aviation, Beaches, Boomers, Fishing, Garvies point and Q-Zar.  Applications for our School year program are available at all of the schools in the district as well as at the GCA3 office located at 70 Forest Ave. Suite 2C and at The Glen Cove Youth Bureau located at 128B Glen Street in Glen Cove.  For more information please call the Glen Cove After 3 office at (516) 277-1303.

We hope to see you in September!
