HS Students and Staff Square Hit the Hard Wood for Charity Feb. 28

Students from Glen Cove High School will tip off against the school faculty and staff for a good cause. On Friday, February 28 at 3 p.m., the Glen Cove High School Key Club will host a charity basketball game in the school gymnasium. Proceeds from the game will benefit junior Luis Torres, who was involved in a terrible car accident two months ago.

Key Club representatives and their adviser Mary Ellen Cuomo have already helped to raise $460 for Luis through donations at the school. The Key Club and the GCHS administration invite the community to enjoy a spirited game of hoops and support the Torres family.
