Scoopy Doo CEO Jim Coniglione is excited for the event.

"One thing I've learned while in the business was that people love to get creative with their pets," said Coniglione. "We're even going to have expert 'turd herding' technicians present at the parade."

The event was conceived when resident Angie Colangelo reached out to Recreation Director Darcy Belyea.

"Hopefully it'll grow similar to our other fun community events like the Spring Egg Hunt," Belyea said.
