Dispose of Christmas Trees at Chip-A-Tree
Annual event to be held at Morgan Park parking lot Jan. 11.
The Glen Cove Public Works Department and the Beautification Commission will be accepting Christmas trees to be recycled at their annual Chip-A-Tree program on On Saturday, Jan. 11.
Drop-off will be at the Morgan Park parking lot entrance on Germaine St. All lights, tinsel, ornaments, and stands should be removed before drop-off. The trees will be chipped into mulch which will be placed at various playgrounds.
