Glen Cove Hospital to Hold Senior Health and Wellness Fair
Annual fair to be held Oct. 30 at Glen Cove Senior Center.
Glen Cove Hospital will hold its annual Senior Health and Wellness Fair on Wed., Oct. 30, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Glen Cove Senior Center, 130 Glen St.
The program is open to the public and includes free health screenings for blood pressure, blood glucose and memory. Healthcare professionals will offer a range of educational programs on topics such as smoking cessation, stroke and diabetes.
Immunizations for the flu also will be available; active Medicare Part B is accepted. To sign up for flu shots, visit the Glen Cove Senior Center, or call 516-759-9610.
