1. Starting tonight, the mic is open!  and Glen Cove Patch are sponsoring  at . Would-be singer/songwriters are encouraged to bring a guitar or other appropriate instrument. Sign-up begins at 7:30 p.m. Performances start at 8 p.m.

2. Today is expected to be sunny, with highs in the upper 20s.
