The National Weather Service has not released snow fall accumulation for Glen Cove, but residents are estimating an inch and a half of total snow fall on Tuesday.
Chief Anthony Tripp of said that there has been no weather related incidents during the midmorning snow fall into early afternoon.
The rest of the day is expected to be partly sunny with highs in the uppers 30s.
