Local children gathered at the Glen Cove Public Library on Tuesday for the weekly Mother Goose Story Time.

Mother Goose Story Time is a weekly participatory program that introduces 18-30-month-old children to the  with one-half hour of nursery rhymes, finger plays, music and short storybooks.  The program concludes with an arts and crafts activity geared towards the season or nearing holiday. This past Tuesday children created their own Valentines.

Mother Goose Story Time is held on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. Registration required, no fee.
