Volunteers Sought for Thanksgiving Feast at St. Patrick's

4th annual feast to be held by the Knights of Columbus St. Thomas F. Connolly Council

The Knights of Columbus St. Thomas F. Connolly Council will hold their 4th annual Thanksgiving Feast from 12 to 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving at the St. Patrick's Church cafeteria. Admission is free.

The Council is currently looking for volunteers. Last year, they provided 400 meals to guests. They need assistance on Wednesday night, the 27th, at 6 p.m. for unloading trucks, setting up tables, putting out the chafing dishes, and preparing the serving stations for the next day, and decorating the cafeteria. They are also looking for dessert donations.

Volunteers on Thanksgiving Day can show up at anytime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and will be asked to serve guests from the food, drinks, coffee and dessert stations. They will need people at the doorways providing assistance as greeters.

To volunteer, contact Steve Peguillan- 628-9150/9454522 or fivepegs33@aol.com.
