On the evening of July 4th, Glen Cove residents will be treated to a wonderful musical experience. At 6:00 p.m., the Northwinds Band, led by Glen Cove’s own Helen Bauer, will perform at the Morgan Park Band Shell and lead us into a spectacular fireworks display.
All are invited to bring a blanket and chairs sit back and enjoy the music. The musical experience will continue until 9 p.m. and will be followed by the annual fireworks display.
In case of rain, the fireworks would be rescheduled to Saturday, July 7, 2012. The concert would be relocated to the Wunsch Center located at the Finley middle School.
