Morgan Park Summer Music Festival Hosts An Evening of Italian Music and Song
On Saturday, July 31, Morgan Park Summer Music Festival hosts presents a wonderful evening of Italian Music and Song. The show, which is free to the public, begins at 7:30 p.m.
L'Associazione Culturale Italiana Di New York (ACINY) has presented acclaimed concerts throughout New York City under the leadership of its chairman, Cav. Tony DiPiazza. The artistic director is Salvatore Palmeri; the musical director is Giuseppe Nastasi. These concerts feature prominent Italian and Italian-American artists performing classic and contemporary works. The ACINY is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the appreciation and preservation of Italian culture through the presentation of concerts and other events. This will be ACINY's first concert on the Morgan Park Summer Music Festival stage and we invite everyone to enjoy una bella notte. Benvenuti in Italia!
So come on down to Morgan Park on Saturday, July 31 and enjoy a wonderful evening of family entertainment under the stars. Bring a blanket or chairs and picnic if you wish. Children are welcome. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted in Morgan Park. Morgan Park is located on Germaine Street at the end of Landing Road in Glen Cove.
