Special Exhibit: "BESA - A Code of Honor"

This remarkable exhibit describes, through documents and photographs, the heroic efforts of Albanian Muslims to rescue Albanian Jews during the Holocaust.  This sanctuary given to Jews stems from BESA, a code of honor which literally means, “to keep the promise.” It is Albania’s highest ethical code The exhibit is expected to run through September.
