I had read previously in the Patch that the Oyter Festival would be PET FREE. That was not the case as their were many, many dogs all over the place, straining their leashes to get to each other. With the very large crowd that they had it was all you could do to get by and not loose the person/persons that you were with without tripping over these dogs that you could not always see. I love dogs, but this is not the place for them.
