The artwork of two Glen Cove High School students is on display at an exhibit at LIU-C.W. Post for outstanding young artists.

Natalie Tenke's acrylic portrait of master surrealist Salvador Dali and a photo of a Wyoming landscape by Jackelyn Hayduk were selected for the exhibit, "Advanced Visions: High School Artists of Excellence."

The young women are students of art teachers Mrs. Johnides and Ms. Doughty, respectively.

The exhibit is open daily from 5-8 p.m. at the campus' S.A.L. Gallery. The show runs until Wednesday, Jan. 30, when there will be a closing night awards reception. The public is invited to attend.
