Kornerstone Publik House came in second place.
John Zozzaro, one of The Downtown Cafe's three owners, said he was happy to hear the cafe had earned the most votes and attributed the outcome to the establishment's variety of flavors.
Those include buffalo, sesame, spicy Thai, Cajun, barbecue, teriyaki, parmesan garlic and a buffalo and barbecue mixture.
"They've always been popular," said Zozzaro, who has owned the cafe with two others since 2003. "We go through about 250 to 300 pounds per week."
Zozzaro, who owned Zozo's Pizza from 1997 to 2001, described the cafe as three businesses in one - a restaurant, sports bar and pizzeria.
"We celebrate a lot of sports, which kind of goes hand-in-hand with wings," he said.
The different recipes are the result of a trial and error process, according to Zozzaro.
Runner-up Kornerstone has even more interesting options - 30 in total - including spicy cotton candy, Kelly's crazy key lime, orange ginger and David's black cherry bourbon.
