Empty in Glen Cove: Former Economy Press

After more than 50 years as printing company, 102 School Street seeks new occupant.

The former print shop at 102 School Street sits vacant after a half-century as a Economy Press. The property's new owner has renovated the building.

Louie Laino of Gold Coast Realty says that the property has been purchased and completely renovated, and can be put to use in a variety of business operations, appropriate for office space or a storefront. The store is currently for rent.

Inside, the building features hardwood floors, tin ceilings, a new bathroom, and central air condition, Laino said.
