The building at 86 School Street has been vacant since , a tailoring and alterations service, left the site two years ago.
Part of the Ronhill Cleaner's former property has been occupied by a new cleaning service, ATOP Cleaners, which has been open since June, according to a worker at the store at 84 School Street.
According to a nearby business owner, the building's landlord had made Ronhill's scale back their business, a move which reportedly cut the cleaners' business in half.
Calls to the building's current owner, advertised as Rameet, were not immediately returned.
The building at 86 School Street was recently used by Nassau Legislator Delia DeRiggi-Whitton's campaign (D-Glen Cove) during her successful bid to represent the 18th Legislative District.
