The average benefit for a Long Island household is about $270* per month. (*Benefits vary based on household size, income, and expenses.)

Find out if you may be eligible for monthly electronic food stamp benefits! Helpful staff and computers will be available to help guide you through the prescreening and application website. It’s fast, easy, and private.
