Spot Media Analyst, Sources USA, Long Island City

Duties:       

  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Print/Broadcast invoices for payment.
  • Review all media invoices and match them to the appropriate media orders and estimates in the system.
  • Receive and process vendor invoices- by manual entry and electronic conversion into system.
  • Credit invoices in system with proper approval and communication from the buyer/station.
  • Daily communication with various vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, track down unpaid bills and facilitate receipt of corrected invoices and credit memos.
  • Managing several projects simultaneously while accepting directions from multiple individuals.

Nassau Suffolk Region Program Associate, BBYO, Plainview

Duties:

  • Work with teens to develop innovative programs that focus on topics like such as Israel, community service, Shabbat, and Jewish values that engage teen participants and reflect a diverse range of Jewish life.
  • Support and inspire teens by creating local chapter leadership development opportunities and serving as a Jewish role model/experiential educator.
  • Visit local chapters periodically to support the teens, chapter programming, and chapter operations.
  • Facilitate the planning process with chapter youth leadership and oversee programming during regional events and overnight conventions.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with Jewish and secular community organizations (e.g., secular high schools and local JCCs).
  • Focus on working with all 23 chapters and helping build new chapters.
  • Coordinate major community service days including J-serve.
  • Attend and supervise local programming, as scheduled including weekends.
  • Enhance BBYO’s community visibility and teen involvement through targeted marketing (including online marketing and social media) and stellar programming.
  • Serve as leadership staff/facilitator at designated BBYO summer program(s),
  • Recruit, train, supervise and support a core volunteer base of chapter advisors.
  • Works on monthly eNewsletter.
  • Develop programming for a middle school audience as well as partner to build and support programming for middle school audience.

Public Relations Media Analyst, Publishers Clearing House, Port Washington

  • Assist in the development of media schedules and trafficking of TV creative
  • Assist in the implementation of the Prize Patrol Facebook fan pages
  • Work to ensure that the Companywide promotion calendar is updated with all promotions
  • Work closely with Creative and Marketing to ensure all promotions are appropriately executed and the contest strategy is implemented and mailings go out as planned
  • Participate in all phases of testing for online email program 

Office Assistant, Vivint Solar Office, Plainview

  • Handle inbound calls from sales representatives, technicians, and customers
  • Schedule site survey jobs
  • Work with potential customers to schedule the installation of their system 
  • Maintain weekly communication with customers via phone or email 
  • Work with various cities to obtain permits for our reps and techs
  • Perform other clerical duties that will help ensure efficiency and high productivity levels
