No. 90: Spend a Morning at GLY Cafe

As a writer working from the field, it's admittedly near impossible to find a quiet place to sit and work in Glen Cove.

Sometimes you just need simplicity, and that's what you'll get at GLY with a wide selection of organic juices and smoothies, soups, teas and and baked goods.

Come in on a weekday morning, and chances are you'll have your pick of tables, freshly baked muffins and fresh brewed coffee.

While there's free wi-fi, it's a great place to unwind with that book you haven't had a moment of silence to get through yet.
