1. It’s not too late to see resident Marina Falkov’s intricate artwork at the Glen Cove Senior Center’s Golden Gallery. Her artwork will remain on display until Oct. 29.

2. Today at the Glen Cove Public Library: Women's Club Garden Group meets in the Community Room at 10 a.m. Bring your 2 ½ to 3-year-old to at 10:30 a.m. in the Children’s Room. Learn the basics of a unique and fascinating game at Chess Workshop at 7 p.m. in the Community Room.
