The big wooden scissors came out Monday to celebrate the opening of new Glen Head realty firm.

Glen Cove's mayor, Ralph Suozzi, was accompanied by a small crowd of Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce members and others who braved Monday morning's intermittent downpours for Extravagant Realty's ribbon cutting.

The new office, headed by Glen Head resident and real estate attorney Richard Gordon, .
