Community Update

My Husband and I frequently order a pie or chicken parm hero and the pizza is usually delicious but the chicken parm was hit or miss. Since the pizza was usually really good we continued to order. Tonight however our minds have been made up that it will take a long time before we return. To begin, we ordered our pizza to be picked up (they told us 15 minutes), when we arrived 5 minutes later the pizza was ready. We thought nothing of it and infact asked to add garlic nots. The counter girl was very pleasant and said yes, when the manager came out of nowhere and snapped at us saying that they were already "sold to a customer." He took the playe of nots out of the window and threw them down on the counter. Everyone stopped what they were doing to watch His behavior...We were confused about why he would do this this but took our pizza and went home. When we got home and ready to eat the pizza we noticed that it was OLD pizza!!! Probably from earlier today or even yesterday!! Long story short they lost our patronage and just overly disappointed with the customer service.
