You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Glen Cove Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:

B Brown's Kitchen

Tucked away on a sidestreet in Sea Cliff - across from the Sea Cliff Fire Department - is B Brown’s Kitchen, a deli/bistro perfect for a quick breakfast with the kids or work lunch break.

This little place is known for their turkey dinner specials, complete with all the fixings, for $7.99. Their fried chicken and fish also comes highly recommended by previous customers.

Pining for an omelette at 2 p.m.? B Brown's cooks breakfast all day. Patrons can also choose from any of their other daily specials (which are posted by the register) or describe exactly what they’re craving; the chef will make it hot and fresh.

Additionally, B Brown’s offers a wide selection of panini’s and wraps. Although they take longer to prepare than most other lunch items, they’re still worth the wait. There is also a great selection of soups, including vegetarian and chowders.

Eat-in dining is available. Free parking on the street.
