A good dough, marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil are the key ingredients to a Margherita pizza at the Downtown Pizzeria, according to co-owner John Zozzaro.
The Downtown Cafe Pizzeria has been serving up quality pies from its School Street location for the past eight months.
Glen Cove Local Editor Charleen Famiglietti was invited behind the counter last week to have a go at making her own Margherita pizza.
