Empty In Glen Cove: Glen Cove Professional Building
Second-floor units could be used for personal training or spa business.
The recently renovated Glen Cove Professional Building has several suites which could make for great business sites in a prime location on Glen Cove Avenue.
Michelle Capobianco of Glen Key Realty said the four suites for rent could be a fit for a high-end gym or personal trainer, or perhaps a legal office or physical therapist.
"Suite 104-106 would be fabulous for a gym or personal trainer," she said. "Imagine going for a private workout session followed by sauna or steam, then using the facilities to beautify before going out to conquer the day. It'd be great."
