Glen Cove City Schools will remain closed Monday and Tuesday, the district confirmed Sunday.
An announcement will be made Tuesday whether they will open Wednesday, the district said.

The national weather service is predicting another noreaster for the metro area with winds of 65mph for wed thru Thursday. Keep your weather radio on. Good luck.

I also understand that there was a fatal fire in Glen Cove when a person tried to refuel his kerosene heater. Use extreme caution.
