1. The mic is open! and Glen Cove Patch are sponsoring at . Would-be singer/songwriters are encouraged to bring a guitar or other appropriate instrument. Sign-up begins at 7:30 p.m. Performances start at 8 p.m.

2. will host its in Glen Cove beginning today, 6 p.m. The event includes live entertainment, rides, games, raffles, religious masses and food.
3. Gentle Yoga is offered at M.Y.W. Studio, 50 Glen Street, every Thursday at 9:15 a.m. This form of Hatha Yoga moves at a much gentler, slower pace. It is accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.
