Shooting Raises Questions About Social Club

Does the activity at 248 Glen Street contribute to a problematic environment?

The shooting Thursday of a 25-year-old man at a private club near the corner of Glen Street and Hendrick Avenue had the nature of the establishment.

Others defended it - "nothing ever happens at the social club," commented one reader.

Police said between the victim and the shooter at the club, where the shooter left before returning to commit the act.
