‘Campaign Against Dementia’ Open House The Glen Cove SAGE Foundation, Inc., in partnership with the Glen Cove Senior Center, will be holding an Open House to introduce their second session of an innovative program designed to promote brain fitness and assist in the prevention of memory decline. This program is made possible through a generous grant from the Large Grants Program of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Shelter Rock. “The Campaign Against Dementia” will be hosting the Open House on Tuesday, December 4th from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Glen Cove Senior Center, 130 Glen Street, Glen Cove. All Nassau County residents, particularly senior citizens, are welcome. If you are interested in maintaining a healthy mind as you age or if you or a loved one has concerns about memory function, you are invited to attend. Staff members will be available to answer questions and to register participants for the second session which will begin January 7, 2013.
