Through lecture and slide presentation, author and historian
Monica Randall will discuss the many ways in which prominent
families of Long Island's Gold Coast decorated their homes for,
and celebrated, the winter holidays. In the spirit of celebration,
The North Shore Historical Museum will also be marking its
first anniversary in its present location at the 1907 Justices Court
Building.
Following the lecture, please join us for complimentary wine, hot
cider and light seasonal desserts as we commemorate this special
milestone.
Cost for this event is $15 for the general public - $10 for museum members.
