St Francis Hospital's new, state-of-the-art Community Outreach Bus will be at the Library to provide free health screenings for individuals over the age of eighteen. The screenings include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure testing and a simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes screening. Nurses will also provide appropriate patient education and referral information, as needed. Please note:
The Community Outreach Bus will be parked in the back parking lot of the Glen Cove Library.
