A group of ducks at Morgan Memorial Park get a daily feeding.
Lisa Ricelli of Glen Cove has been visiting the beach at to feed a group of large ducks since 2009, when they were set loose by a breeder she knows.
"As soon as they see me, they come running," said Ricelli, who was accompanied by her boyfriend, Frank Johnson, and nephew, Joseph Alicea.
Glen Cove Patch caught up with Ricelli on July 19, the day after a microburst hit the park and took out more than a dozen trees and its historic gazebo. The three were allowed past the caution tape by Mayor Ralph Suozzi as .
