Photo: Spring Weather Brings Out the Birds

Temperatures rose well above 50 degrees in Glen Cove, with plenty of sun.

You could have mistaken Wednesday for a springtime afternoon with all the sun and mild breeze. Pigeons on the steeples of All Saints Regional Catholic School took advantage of the weather by perching on the rooftops and exploding into flight in tight formation.
