Community Update

I just wanted to share my experience while being a Land Rover Long Island (glen cove) customer (range rover autobiography owner) over the past 3 years..
First off let me start by saying, they are the WORST dealership that I have ever had to deal with. There have been numerous times where my car has gone into service and come out with NEW DAMAGE on it, including one time where they were refusing to fix the damage till corporate got involved and I had left some reviews on the web like this one.. I’ve had my rims damaged by land rover, my roof dented, other parts of the car scratched or dented.. It’s ridiculous.
The car has also broken down numerous times a year and had to be brought into service for long periods of time.. Mostly for the suspension which has happened multiple times, sometimes even only a few weeks after getting it back!
My main problem right now is that I bought a $100,000 car from you guys (which you guys promised to provide me with excellent quality and service) and i’d think that out of courtesy you guys would supply me with one of your nicer vehicles instead of giving me your lowest model.... It's just a shame that i spend so much with you guys on a big car I bought (which won’t happen again) and when I bring it in for service you guys cant even get me a car of the same size and close quality.. I will be sure to continue posting my experience elsewhere to make sure others know of the many problems i have and am still encountering with land rover glen cove.
