Karl J. Leupold, P.E. formerly of Locust Valley died on Dec. 9 at the age of 74.
He was the husband of Nancy E., father of Kristine Marino, Doreen Mitchell (Pierre), and Suzanne, brother of Irene Boehmler (Walter) and Marion, grandfather of Taylor, Jordan, Kendall, Benjamin, Charlie, and Katie. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
Leupold was the Town Engineer and Commissioner of Public Works for the Town of Oyster Bay for many years and a proud Marine Corps veteran.
