Your relatives must have held office here prior to you in order for you to have name recognition

You do NOT own a home here

You have never owned or ran a  business or had any high level management experience

Your previous career and/or careers are unknown/undocumented

Your commitment to the residents best interests is non-existent

You are not of sound judgment

The truth somehow eludes you

Your motives are purely self-serving

Your agenda is questionable

You say you will have a transparent administration, but you have secret meetings behind closed doors

You create and approve an unlawful, outrageous,  destructive Master Plan without ever notifying adjacent and near-by property owners of the massive zoning changes you are in process of making which will occur on their neighboring properties and when approved, will have severe adverse consequences for their home values and their quality of life

You must be abusive,overbearing and controlling

You think that back-room deals are the way to run the town

You do everything the developers want because they give you generous contributions

You work for the developers, not the homeowners and taxpayers who are paying our salary and to whom you owe your allegiance

You spend like a drunken sailor

You tax like an emperor

You control like a dictator

You don't see anything wrong when everyone else sees an obvious conflict of interests

You start a petition to save the hospital which you sued

You take every photo opportunity possible

You shake hands with everyone

You enjoy self-praise to the fullest

You write articles stating that you are running again ON YOUR RECORD

Can anyone think of any other qualifications one must posses in order to be the Mayor of Glen Cove?
