The Almanack asked Reggie Spinello why his campaign committee accepted a $1,000 donation from Michael Krasnoff, the former chief executive of PDK, who pleaded guilty to securities fraud in 1998.  Neither Mr. Spinello nor a campaign spokesman returned the request for comment.  Read more about it here: http://goo.gl/BVleKN
