Did your block have your garbage picked up last week? If not, Reggie decided to temporarily suspend this service. It supposedly saved the city $12,000 (although the net benefit is nil factoring in the bloated salaries of his city attorney and political party retread chief-of-staff). Why should taxpayers pay for a service and not get that service? That’s like paying for vitamins and not getting the delivery. If Reggie wouldn’t do that to his customers as a businessman, why did he do it to us?
