What happened to Verizon Fios vote Dec 10?

   The nov 26 vote was posponed by Cablevision attorney saying he didnt have enough time to read amended agreement, and Spinello saying Verizon just decided to come in with an agreement and he wants a level playing field.
 Ralph has been trying for years to get Verizon to come back to the table after his failed attempt to play hardball with them., Now they are here, agreement on the table, and if passed we may finally have another cable option in Glen Cove as soon as Jan, Feb.
  Glen cove is the last large community in Nassau that doesnt have a a Fios agreement.
  Seems like Spinello may have some friends over at Cablevision asking him to gum up the works a bit.
These franchise agreemehts are pretty straight forward, I cant seem to understand what the hold up is.
